Step 3: I Own Execution.
Starting Week 2, I manage the initiative from roadmap to delivery. I coordinate your team, track deliverables against the timeline, protect milestones, and flag risks before they become problems.
Every week we check in 30 minutes. You make decisions. I handle everything in between. The CEO dashboard stays updated so you always know where things stand without having to ask.
