I'm Tyaisha Denise!
Founder of Ankr'd Agency and the executive partner behind the work.
I hold an MBA in Project Management and have spent nearly a decade operating at the executive level alongside high-functioning founders who are growing fast and building something real.
The truth, women I work with don't need to be told what to do. They need a seasoned leader who can help guide the ship, and take the wheel on what shouldn't be theirs to carry.
I started this work because I kept watching founders either delay their biggest moves or push forward without the right support, and pay for it with their business, their reputation, or both. That bothered me. Every serious business has executive leadership at the top. Why should a founder building something significant have anything less?
That's why Ankr'd Agency exists.
